Is there a minimum order amount?

Our minimum is 25 pieces per design and location.

Can I mix different garments to meet the minimum?

Yes, but you can only mix items that are made of the same fabric and are from the same brand/company. For example, you can mix Independent SS4500 hoodies and Independent SS3000 crewnecks to meet the 25 minimum as they are made of the same fabric and are from the same company. You can also mix different colour sweaters as long as all of them have the same print colour.

What if I want to change the print colour of the design, but the placement and size are all the same?

You can change the colour of the design but we charge a $20 screen cleaning fee for every colour change.

What is your set up charge?

We don't have any set up charges. We provide customers with an all inclusive price with no additional hidden fees or set up charges. We do our best to optimize your artwork in order to make prints more affordable.

Can you colour match?

Yes, we can make any pantone colour (Solid Coated)

Can you print on clothing that I bring?

Yes, but screen printing is a complex process involving a variety of different steps and sometimes mistakes happen. If we provide the garments, we can always replace the garment immediately and re-print. However, if you bring your own garments, we are not responsible for replacements in the event that a mistake is made. With that being said, we do our best to take extra caution when printing and try our best to avoid any mistakes.

How do I place an order?

Send your artwork to us at info@thesixprints.ca and let us know in detail what you're looking to get done. Once we provide you with a quote on your project and you're ready to order, invoices must be paid in full before we start working on your project. We'll provide you with an artwork proof for your approval before we start printing or we'll make any changes to the art if necessary.

Can you rush my order for an additional fee?

We don't offer any rush services at the moment, orders are placed in queue as they come in and will be printed in that order. If you need a certain project done urgently, please contact us and we'll see what we can do to squeeze it in, but it can't be guaranteed.

Do you ship?

We ship all over the world.

Do you have a refund policy?

We don't offer refunds as we only do custom orders. However, if a mistake is made on our end or an item is missing, we will either re-print or issue a refund on that particular item.
